With a strong background in sports and teaching, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing food and performance. During high school, my focus shifted from fuelling my body to achieving aesthetic goals, leading to long-term issues that I'm still addressing. I wish I had the knowledge I now have about nutrition and its impact on performance back then. 
As a certified Sports Nutritionist (BHSc Nutrition & Exercise), Strength Coach and Teacher, I’m deeply passionate about helping others—especially young athletes—fuel their performance not just in sport, but in life. I founded Athletic Fuel School to share my knowledge and support athletes in developing a healthy relationship with food, empowering them to fuel their bodies to perform at their best, both on and off the field.

  • This course is perfect for athletes, coaches, recreational athletes, and anyone unsure about their nutrition during pre-season. It’s tailored to help pre-season athletes build a solid nutrition foundation.

  • While the course does not provide individualised guidance, you can reach out via email at fuel@athleticfuelschool.com for further support. Sports nutrition is highly individual, but the information in this course serves as a great starting point and provides a strong framework to build on.

  • The course is self-paced. The total video content is 30 minutes, broken into short, digestible lessons of 2-4 minutes each. You can revisit the videos as many times as you like.

  • Yes! Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the course page and click the orange button to access them. Resources include fuelling timelines, examples of fuelling for different training days, snacking ideas, and more to help you apply what you’ve learned.
